What about confidentiality?

iLines strikes a balance between transparency and confidentiality. The record is visible to all parties with a message. Terms are only visible to the leader and insurers who have been offered a subscription line.

Messaging is treated as confidential between the broker and an insurer. It is not visible to other insurers. The broker’s view of a record differs from that of an insurer. It is supplemented by a series of tabs; one for each participating insurer. This lists the exchange of messages in chronological order.

The insurer’s view is limited to their exchange of messaging with the broker.
