How does the authorization process work?

iLines incorporates a workflow process that is controlled by a contextual set of options. These are offered to each user when sending a message; they qualify the nature of the content e.g. Broker acceptance, Underwriter acceptance, Underwriter declinature etc.

The status of each message ensures that risk progresses through the workflow and conforms to a set of rules. These help maintain the e-mail alert system and the record locking regime.
