What administration is required?

None. Insurers only need to keep the broker informed of any changes of personnel. The broker is responsible for maintaining the system as well as the cost.

What preparation is needed?

Before using the system the broker will approach an insurer to obtain agreement to use iLines. This will entail naming authorized users, their level of access and noting any preferences. The latter will include the set-up of the e-mail alert system.
